The years when we used to stay with my father's eldest sister's (Mommy Chit) family in Novaliches (QC). Though I was born in Ligao, Albay (now a city), I walloped civilization in Manila where I spent my toddler & pre-school years.
I wasn't certain of the particular event in the photo, yet it could be Kathy's birthday (Feb. 14th.) since everybody was distant from the cake except her.
Kathy (3rd. from the left) is two years younger than me. Her sister, Denden (her left), is only 9 months ahead of me. We only had amusements within the four walls of our room. Ate Denden first learned arts with coloring books. She taught me her self-method with crayons, thus I was into one form of a knack...drawing!
That gesture of confidence on my face to smirk with a set of gapped-black teeth is a sheer circumstance I could recall. Same case with Ate Den, I was told not to actively play much, not to profusely sweat and not to laugh hard...due to Asthma.
Notes: Ligao City (Albay)- is a 4th class city in the province of Albay, Philippines. The name Ligao is derived from the local word "ticao", once an abundant tree whose poisonous leaves were used to catch fish in rivers or creeks.#Ligaocity #albayprovince #myhomephilippines
