Go with Goreng

The nearby diners where I currently reside almost offer ‘Nasi goreng’ – an Indonesian fried rice. Although each chef tosses a particular blend to it, it has become my personal favorite; hence I can sit in a restaurant and enjoy without being particular of its brand … for as long as it caters the so-called, Indonesia’s national dish!

… and so with this fondness, a homemade ‘Nasi goreng’ is on top of our table!
