Theme & Concept:

Design

Our creative team will work with Dalma Mall to flesh out the concept through whiteboard and computer design sessions. The theme will focus on a birdcage that symbolizes the niche of love and care of a mother (hen) to her hatchlings. Other representations are mail boxes supported by a pole with floral designs and greeting such as “Dear Mom” engraved on individual boxes.

Entertainment

Our network of musical acts, entertainers, and DJs are known for keeping audiences engaged and excited. The event period highlighting mothers’ best will be the shoppers’ delights consistently from day 1.

Audiovisual

Our award winning audio and video engineers will provide the creativity, equipment, and expertise to put on a world-class show, in particular the ‘BIG DAY’ – 21st March.

Decor & Effects

Our team will help you choose the best decor and special effects to fully complete your theme and create a memorable experience. Apart from birdcages and mail boxes, mail envelopes with a stemmed rose popping out of it will be hanging from the Dalma’s ceilings. Lights will blink on each envelope enumerating numerous pseudonyms for mother, such as Mom, Mama, Mommy, Madre, Mammi, Moeder, Mzazi, Morsa, Mueter, etc …

A. Guinness Record:

iWORKX will ensure DALMA Mall is a destination for events for brands and talents. Considering the full participation of each family regardless of race and religion, a mother or a motherly-figure is always present in every household.

While you know you are getting the best of the best when you work with us, the relationship of a mother and her child/children will certainly be honored on this three-week long event.

The relationship-testimonials of every son, daughter, nephews, nieces, and in-laws to recognize the most important person in their lives will be put into writing anytime during the event duration as mail boxes will be filled by notes, epistles, letters, and narratives addressed by children to their mothers.

iWORKX’ messengers will regularly collect, copy-print, and page-scan in a giant monitor (simultaneously on social media) for everybody to see and judges to select the most remarkable message originally written to a mother (prize-equivalent). This will be, so far, the highest number of letters ever penned to mothers in one setting – one event – one time!

Nonetheless the best is yet to come … at the event highlight, mothers and offspring will 📷come in a common arena (ground) until the countdown is exclaimed. On the last count, the brood shall present a token of love (any valuables or simple present) to their mothers – embrace one another and set the world record of Dalma’s event having the highest number of participating mothers and children with gift-giving in an event.

B. School Art Exhibition:

Because iWORKX handles everything from concept to production to clean-up, you save precious hours of your time (and undue stress) when we put on your event.

Each of our clients is assigned an Event Manager, who is responsible for working with you throughout the process and keeping you updated at every step. In collaboration with 20 schools in the Emirate, our assigned manpower will ensure grander participation and top 10 artworks (per school) are brought for exhibit in Dalma’s atrium where each work of art is placed vastly visible and of appropriate lighting.

iWORKX has invested in cutting edge audiovisual equipment and technology to create true 21st century experiences, hence social media will be instantaneously accessible in delivering similar messages to encourage casting of votes among preferred artwork. Winners will be declared on the event-highlight.
